The US is the only country that has used inductors in homes and buildings to save energy, according to a report by the US National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) that’s the subject of an upcoming article.

Researchers at NIST have been working on ways to make these inductors more energy efficient and to reduce the risk of electrocution.

The goal of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of earth inductors as an energy saving device.

NIST says they may be more effective than current generation inductors that use solids.

The report also suggests that using an inductor may be safer than using traditional lead-acid batteries because the current can be short-circuited.

In the future, researchers hope to make earth inductor devices more efficient and reduce the environmental impact, the report says.
