We were expecting a new generation of smog-fighting air purifying machines to be ready in 2019, but it looks like we’ll be waiting another few years.
The company that makes the Aries 2r2, which we reported on a few weeks ago, has announced a delay of its next generation air purifier to 2021.
The company’s press release mentions a delay in its second generation of the Aryas air purification machine, which it describes as a “smog-killing device” that will be made by a “smaller, less costly supplier” than its first generation.
Arya, which stands for Air-Relief-System, was the name of the second generation Aries air purging machine, and was announced in 2016.
Arya is currently only available in Japan, and the company’s other air purifiying machines are based on the Aeryos 3r2 air purger, which was also introduced in Japan in the early 2020s.
Aries 3r1 was also released in Japan earlier this year, and is also available in the U.S. Aryan is the first air purified appliance to use the Aryan 1.2 air filter, which is based on Aries 1.0.
This is the same filter that was used on Aryan 2r1, so it is possible that Aryan will be making an Aryan 2r.
That being said, the Arian-1 air filter is the latest in a line of air filters that has been developed by the company.
